He added, new LED Street lights will be a rather higher price to pay. While, in the long term it will save more money on electricity bill, which will make the plan “winner”. “Of course it is a winner, because it will consume less energy and live much longer than any other bulbs.” Clements said. “All different type of lights will be replaced with LED street lights including to traditional High-pressure sodium light around in the town.

Clements point out that new LED street lights will bring brighter and whiter light compared to traditional lights.

”Yet they’re not putting new lights in terms of switching more areas of St. Joe, being able to deliver a better quality is where the light bulbs do not fail as often as other bulbs has got to be very popular for the community,” Clements said.
