Construction

The ultra-clean tempered glass sealed optical assembly and the electrical compartment meet dust and moisture rating of IP65 per IEC60529, ranking IK08 per EN62262, ensure long life and protection from the environment.

Free air-flow through finned heat sink design provides perfect heat management, and guarantee the Tc temperature of LED chip less than 80C @ Ta=25C for long lifespan of the LED.

Modular design optimizes construction and assembly, allows for easy maintenance and upgrade.

Standard finish is in grey color. White, black or customs color is upon request.

The unique spigot for both post-top and side-entry mounting system fitted to 40-60mm (O.D.) poles and mast-arms accommodates safety and stability, capable of being adjusted the degree of +10, +5, 0, -5, -10.

Robust die-cast aluminum housing with corrosion resistant powder coating hardware withstands extreme climate changes without cracking or peeling.

Tool-less latches release the top driver door for easy access to the electrical compartment and the quick disconnect connectors make easy maintenance and installation.

LED & Optics

PHILIPS LUMILED 3030 packaged LED is applied for high efficiency and long life (Calculated L70>50,000h @ Ta=25C/77F).

Pure white 5000K & Natural white 4000K with CRI>70, the luminaire efficacy reaches up to 110lm/W.

Optic lens in high intensity with IESNA Type 2M cut-off provides high uniformity and optimal luminaire spacing, the optical system optimizes the light distribution, eliminate the waste of light, promotes the reasonable and effective using of light.
Electronics

Universal INVERTRONICS driver is available in 100-240Vac, 50/60Hz, power factor >0.95 and THD <15% at full load. Class I output.

Tool-less 360 degree rotatable twist-lock photocell control ANSI C136.10 compliant is available for options.
