| Conditions |
Engaged in lighting or energy field with technical background. Having good channels in marketing and selling or good relationship with municipality and government;
With a period of at least 6 months’ on selling, using the BBE LED Products;
he sales turnover of any of categories(LED street lights, LED bulbs or LED traffic lights) in the past 12 months should not be less than USD50,000(Fifty Thousand U.S. Dollars)

With a period of at least 6 months’ on selling, using the BBE LED Products;
The sales turnover of any of categories(LED street lights, LED bulbs or LED traffic lights) in the past 12 months should not be less than USD100,000(One Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars)

Better prices and technical support;
There will no more than 3 distributors in one state, province or city for one of BBE LED products;

Better prices and technical support;
For one of categories(LED street lights, LED bulbs or LED traffic lights), there should be only one Exclusive Distributor in one country or territory;

| Obligations |
The sales turnover must be reached according to the agreement;
The products can not be sold to the territories of exclusive distributors;
The other requirements according the agreement.

Sell the same or similar products from other suppliers are not permitted. The previous customers can purchase from the exclusive distributors at the price not higher than the original prices;
