Automatic Die Bonder
As China first manufacturer who use Eutectic LED Packaging, we adopt the high speed and high accuracy die attach to assure better conformity and stability.
Automatic SMT
After the LED component packaging, we use the Automatic SMT to fix our LEDs on aluminum boards, to improve the better connection, and avoid the false welding.
Auto Assembly Line
This is also China first auto led outdoor lighting products assembly line, we can do all the assembly procedures on this line, and send to the auto aging workshop for test.
Auto Aging Line
After the auto assembly, all the outdoor led lighting products will be sent to this auto aging workshop to test, including high/low voltage, switch on/off, for insure the quality of our products.
